WELLINGTON, FRIDAY, JUNE 6, 1919.
Sale of certain Publications prohibited.
WHEREAS the sale of the publications mentioned in the Schedule hereto is deemed by me to be injurious to the public interest in respect of the present war :
Now, therefore, I, Sir Francis Henry Dillon Bell, His Majesty’s Attorney-General for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, in pursuance of the regulations made under the War Regulations Act, 1914, on the 11th day of October, 1915, as amended by regulations made on the 18th day of June, 1918, prohibit the sale of the publications mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
Dated this 6th day of June, 1919.
SCHEDULE.
The periodical publication called “Novi Svijet” (New World), published at Auckland by or on behalf of the Jugo-Slav Publishing Company, and also every publication issued in succession to the “Novi Svijet” or in substitution therefor and having the same proprietor, publisher, printer, or editor.
