N OTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Aotea District Maori Land Board to be held at Wanganui on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 1919, at 10.30 a.m.

N OTICE is hereby given, in terms of subsection (2) of section 27 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, that at a sitting of the Aotea District Maori Land Board held at Wanganui on the 2nd day of April, 1919, the President of the said Board, exercising his jurisdiction as Judge of the Native Land Court, appointed the following successors to the interest of Te Waewae Hakaraia, deceased, in the Whakamaru No. 4 Block, viz.:-
Tutira Waaka Hakaraia, f.a. Pare Waaka Hakaraia, f.a. Hipera Waaka Hakaraia, f.a., in equal shares.
Any appeals against the above succession must be lodged with the Registrar within a period of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of provisional certificates of title, in the name of TE ARA TAKANA, of Awahuri, Aboriginal Native, for Lots 18, 19, 20, 22, and 26, deposited plan 29, Township of Awahuri, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Vol. 8, folio 155, and Vol. 45, folio 57, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificates of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificates of title, as requested, on the 19th day of June, 1919.
