LOST POLICY.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the EQUITABLE LIFE ASSURANCE SOCIETY OF U.S., after the expiration of one month from the publication of this notice, to issue a certified copy policy, under section 59 of the Life Insurance Act, 1908, in lieu of policy numbered 147114, on the life of the late MAURICE WILSON RICHMOND, of Christchurch, Solicitor, the said policy having been lost.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned in the business of Land Agents has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the twenty-second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen. The said business in future will be carried on by the undersigned ROBERT PORTER in his own name.
