Notice of Intention to take Additional Land in the City of Nelson for the Purposes of a Post-office.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a post-office in the City of Nelson. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Nelson, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 1 rood 35 perches.

Portion of Sections 225 and 226, situated in the City of Nelson.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45351, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington; in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged green.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block XI, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, for the Purposes of a Native-school Site.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a Native school in Block XI, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Kopuriki, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 6 acres 1 rood 34 perches.

Portion of part No. 1a No. 8, Waichau Block, Block XI, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District. (S.O. 20260.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45301, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, ROBERT EDWARD HAYES, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Wellington Retail Fruiterers’ Association (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
