Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block V,
Hukerenui Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road:
And whereas it has been certified by the Minister of Railways that such land is not now required for railway purposes:
And whereas such land is situated in the Bay of Islands County, the local authority of which has consented to the issue of this Proclamation, and appears to be the local authority most capable of conveniently and effectively controlling and maintaining the said road:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and ninety-seven of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be maintained by the Bay of Islands County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45180, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Grace of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Defining the Middle-line of a Further Portion of the Kawakawa-Hokianga (North Auckland Main Trunk) Railway-viz.; from 25 Miles to 33 Miles.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS a portion of the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway—namely, from Kaikohe to near Horeke (hereinafter termed “the said railway ”)—is a railway the construction of which is authorized by the Railways Authorization Act, 1911:
And whereas the said railway has been partly constructed, and it has been determined to construct and maintain a further portion of the same:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the said further portion of the said railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto,
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point in Section 30, Block VII, Omapere Survey District, marked 25 miles, which point is also the termination of the railway described in a Proclamation dated the 12th day of August, 1915, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 98, pages 2935 and 2936, of the 19th day of August, 1915, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction for a distance of about eight miles, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Sections 30, 17, Block VII, Omapere Survey District, Section 808, Blocks VII and VI, Sections 22, S.E. 16, 19, 21, 24, 25, 30, 29, 28, 15, 14, 49, 48, 28, 46, 47A, 66, 47, 27A, 27, 73, N.W. portion 16, 20, 31A, 32, 70, Block VI, Oma-pere Survey District, Bay of Islands County, and terminating at a point in the said Section 70 marked 33 miles: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45886 (sheets 1 and 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IV, Tennyson Survey District, Pelorus Road District, Marlborough County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the licensee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Pelorus Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Tennyson Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
3 acres 1 rood 12 perches.
Portion of Section 1, Block IV, Tennyson Survey District (Marlborough R.D.).
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43750, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
