  WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL.
  RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
  IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
  that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the
  Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:-
  That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
  charges on a loan of £1,400, authorized to be raised by the
  Waitemata County Council, under the above-mentioned Act,
  for the purpose of construction by way of formation, metalling,
  and culverting on the Wainui-Kaukapakapa Road from the
  riding boundary to the junction of Seddon and Hellyer's
  Roads, the said Waitemata County Council hereby makes
  and levies a special rate of five-eighths of a penny in the
  pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the
  Wainui-Kaukapakapa Road Construction Special Loan Area
  (Wainui Riding), comprising the special-rating area created
  by special order of the Waitemata County Council passed at
  a meeting held on the 25th day of October, 1918, and con-
  firmed at a subsequent meeting held on the 27th November,
  1918, and described in the Schedule hereto; and that such
  special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the
  currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first
  days of January and July in each and every year during
  the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a
  half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
