Commencing at the north-eastern corner of Block XVI, Waimea Survey District, and proceeding due west along the northern boundary of the said block to the Kumara-Springfield Main Road; thence along the eastern side of the said road to the settlement track; thence generally along the northern side of the said track to Section 619; thence along the western boundary of said section and Sections 620, 621, 622, 623, 624, 625, and 2704 to its north-western corner; thence along the northern boundary of Section 2704 to the western boundary of Block XVI, Waimea Survey District; thence due north to the point of commencement.
