MAORI LAND ADMINISTRATION NOTICES.
Meeting of the South Island District Maori Land Board.
Wellington, 30th April, 1919.
NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the South Island District Maori Land Board to be held at Invercargill on Wednesday, the 21st day of May, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tawhitinui, Section 2, Block V, Waimate, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Normanby on Friday, the 27th day of June, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Whai Keepa, of Otakeho, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rent equal to 5 per cent. on the Government valuation of the land.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu No. 1, Section 18, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Wednesday, the 28th day of May, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Elizabeth Merle Thomas, of Marton, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £1 per acre or 5 per cent. on the Government valuation, whichever be the higher.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu 6p 2b Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 29th day of May, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Elsie Constance Glenn, of Makirikiri, married woman, for the sum of £2,553.”

REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waipapa No. 1c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday the 29th day of May, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said piece of land be sold to George Francis Monk, of Ranana, farmer, at a price equal to the present Government unimproved valuation of the land.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matatera 1c 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Thursday, the 29th day of May, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That part of the said land, containing 95 acres 2 roods 4 perches, and being all of the said block at present unleased, be leased to Cameron John Campion, of Fordell, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at £1 per acre or at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the Government valuation, whichever is the higher.”
