Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and Sections 18 and 19 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913.
NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £400 in each case.

ADMIRALTY PUBLICATIONS.
(1.) NEW CHART.
THE undermentioned new chart, dated 11th February, has been published :—
No. 240. BELGIUM.—Approaches to Zeebrugge.
(2.) NEW EDITIONS OF CHARTS.
New editions of the undermentioned charts, dated as shown, have been published :—
No. 2483. OCEAN CHARTS.—Atlantic and Indian Oceans, with the western portion of Pacific Ocean. 14th February. New variation curves engraved.
No. 2182A. NORTH SEA.—The North Sea, southern sheet. 7th February. Numerous wrecks and buoys placed on chart.

CENTRAL AMERICA.
ISTHMUS OF PANAMA.—PANAMA CANAL, CULEBRA (GAILLARD) CUT.—PASSAGE PROHIBITED BY NIGHT.
Position.—Lat. 9° 3′ N., long. 79° 39′ W.
Caution.—Mariners are notified that the passage of vessels through the Culebra (Gaillard) Cut is only permitted during daylight hours.
BRAZIL.
EAST COAST.—RIO DE JANEIRO.—WIRELESS TIME-SIGNALS ESTABLISHED.
Position.—Ilha do Governador : Lat. 22° 48′ S., long. 43° 13′ W.
Details.—Wireless time-signals, in accordance with the system adopted by the International Time Convention, are sent out from the wireless-telegraph station on Ilha do Gover-
nador. The signals are made at 11 h. 00 m. 00 s. and 21 h. 00 m. 00 s. standard time, corresponding to 14 h. 00 m. 00 s. and 0 h. 00 m. 00 s. G.M.T. respectively, as follows :—
Preparative Signals.
A series of the letter “ X ” of the Morse code from 10 h. 57 m. 00 s. and 20 h. 57 m. 00 s. followed by three dashes ending at 10 h. 58 m. 00 s. and 20 h. 58 m. 00 s.
First Series of Time-signals.
From 10 h. 58 m. 08 s. and 20 h. 58 m. 08 s., the letter “ N ” of the Morse code, repeated every 10 seconds, the dot being made at each even 10 seconds; followed by three dashes ending at 10 h. 59 m. 00 s. and 20 h. 59 m. 00 s.
Second Series of Time-signals.
From 10 h. 59 m. 06 s. and 20 h. 59 m. 06 s., the letter “ G ” of the Morse code, repeated every 10 seconds, the dot being made at each even 10 seconds; followed by three dashes ending at 11 h. 00 m. 00 s. and 21 h. 00 m. 00 s.
The dashes are of about one second and the dots of about a quarter of a second duration, each sign being separated from the one which immediately follows in the same group by an interval of about one second duration.
Remarks.—Should the signals fail they will be repeated half an hour later.
Note.—The note “ W/T Time Signal ” is to be substituted for “ W.T.” at Rio de Janeiro on the undermentioned chart.
URUGUAY.
RIO DE LA PLATA.—MONTE VIDEO APPROACH.—POSITION OF TELEGRAPH CABLE.
Position.—English Bank Light-vessel : Lat. 35° 6¼′ S. long. 55° 54¼′ W.
Details.—From a position close westward of the above light-vessel a telegraph cable runs in a north-westerly direction to a position in lat. 34° 58′ 00″ S., long. 56° 10′ 45″ W., thence in a more northerly direction towards the inner end of the East Breakwater.
Remarks.—The position of the telegraph cable is to be shown on the charts by a pecked line, and the following cautions are to be inserted :—
(i.) On Chart No. 2001 : “ It is inadvisable to anchor eastward of the pecked line, as the area is fouled by telegraph cables.”
(ii.) On Charts Nos. 1749 and 2544 : “ Vessels are warned not to anchor in the vicinity of the telegraph cable.”
