Crown Land set apart for Selection by Discharged Soldiers,
under Ordinary Tenures, in the North Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart for selection by discharged soldiers under the Land Act, 1908.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.—
NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.

SECTION 4, Block XV, Kaeo Survey District: Area, 469 acres 1 rood 6 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Grace of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this nineteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and eight of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the runs mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908, relating to small grazing-runs.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of lease to discharged soldiers, on ordinary tenures, under the Land for Settlements Act, 1908.

ARDLUSSA SETTLEMENT.

SECTION 3: Area, 1,790 acres; Hokonui Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagees of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

0 0 27·6, S.E. portion of Section 205, and N.W. portion of Section 204; coloured blue.
0 1 16·1 N.W.M. portion of E.R. 204; coloured red.
0 0 2·3 M. portion of Section 204; coloured red.

Situated in Takapuna Parish, Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/660, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
