Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakapoungakau No. 17 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 6th day of May, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the whole or a portion of the annual rental derived from the lease of the above block be devoted to patriotic purposes under the direction of the Native Patriotic Association, Ohinemutu.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wainui B No. 3 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wellington on Friday, the 2nd day of May, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Annie Smith, wife of Harold Smith, of Paekakariki, farmer, for a term of ten years at a rental of 12s. per acre per annum, with a right of renewal for a further term of ten years at a rental equivalent to 5s. per centum on a valuation to be made in the year 1929.”

In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, Part IV; and in the matter of CHARLES SEYMOUR MACFARLANE, of Gisborne, Merchant, deceased.

I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court dated the 21st day of March, 1919, I was appointed Administrator of the estate of the above-named Charles Seymour MacFarlane, deceased; and I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at my office, Redstone’s Buildings, Lowe Street, Gisborne, on Wednesday, the 16th day of April, 1919.

All proofs of debt against the above estate must be lodged with me on or before the 1st day of May, 1919.
