Amending Regulations as to the Sale and Purchase of Wheat.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this third day of April, 1919.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the twenty-fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the same date, regulations entitled the Wheat Trade Regulations, 1919, were made under the War Regulations Act, 1914, with respect to the sale and purchase of wheat by the Government: And whereas it is desired to amend the said regulations in the manner hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, and in pursuance of the powers conferred on him by section thirty-five of the War Legislation Act, 1917, and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby amend the Wheat Trade Regulations, 1919, in the manner set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.

CLAUSE 16 of the Wheat Trade Regulations, 1919, is hereby revoked, and the following clause substituted therefor:β

Government brokers will buy good milling-wheat on account of the Government at the following prices:β
