I, CHARLES FREDERICK THOMAS, Manager, do solemnly and sincerely declare,—

  2. That the capital of the company is £1,500,000, divided into 150,000 shares of £10 each.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, carrying on business as Printers at Christchurch, under the style of “Wyatt and Wilson,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen. All debts due and owing by the late said firm will be received and paid by HENRY WYATT, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm of “Wyatt and Wilson.”

BOROUGH OF TE AWAMUTU.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Te Awamutu Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of five thousand pounds, authorized to be raised by the Te Awamutu Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for forming and grading streets within the Borough of Te Awamutu, and metalling them for the first time, the said Te Awamutu Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of nine thirty-seconds of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Te Awamutu; and that such special rate rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
We hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed at a properly constituted regular meeting of the Borough of Te Awamutu held on Monday, the 10th day of March, 1919.

BOROUGH OF KAITANGATA.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Kaitangata Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and repaying the principal of a special loan of six hundred and fifty pounds (£650), authorized to be raised by the Kaitangata Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of making a culvert to act as a bridge and flood-lock in the Kaitangata Creek, hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny one farthing (1¼d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Kaitangata. Such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six (36) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution is a true copy of and extract from the minutes of the proceedings of the Kaitangata Borough Council as passed at a meeting of the said Council at the Council Chambers, Kaitangata, on the 30th day of October, 1918.
