of Waiteti No. 2A No. 1B No. 2B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 29th day of April, 1919, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Thomas Joseph Kare shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Thomas Joseph Kare shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 126, Parish of Tamahere, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 24th day of April, 1919, at 12.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be sold to Parepumai te Whetuiti for the amount of the Government valuation, but not less than £9 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rapaura 2A, Section 1, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 24th day of April, 1919, at 12.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
“(1.) That the land be leased to Alfred William Jones for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 10s. during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the next twenty-one years.
“(2.) That the land be sold to Arthur William Jones for the sum of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungakawa B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 24th day of April, 1919, at 12.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be sold to Harold Joseph Crowther for the sum of £4 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiwhakaata 1B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 24th day of April, 1919, at 12.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“(1.) That the land be leased to John Charles Potts for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.
“(2.) That the land be sold to John Charles Potts for the sum of £2 5s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 61B, Parish of Waipa, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 24th day of April, 1919, at 12.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be leased to Hori Kerei for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the unimproved value.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangauika 1B No. 2, Section 2B, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Thursday, the 24th day of April, 1919, at 12.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the said land be leased to Sidney Pratt and Laurence Bayly for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 2s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years; such lease to confer on the lessees the right to fall and remove all timber trees on the said land and to sell the same.”
