Prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Lands other than
Alienation in favour of the Crown.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth
day of March, 1919.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit
for the period of one year from the date of this Order in
Council, all alienation of the Native lands specified in the
Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Partial Revocation of an Order in Council prohibiting all

favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth
day of March, 1919.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of
the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any
Order in Council made under that section may at any time
be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in
Council referred to in the Part I of the Schedule hereto,
but only in so far as it affects the land mentioned in the
Part II of the said Schedule

SCHEDULE.
PART I.
ORDER in Council under section 363 of the Native Land
Act, 1909, dated the 1st September, 1916, affecting Waipiro
1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Blocks.

PART II.
Waipiro 2w Block, containing 518 acres 3 roods 26 perches,
situate in Mata and Waipiro Survey Districts, and Waipiro
3B Block, containing 1,300 acres 1 rood 23 perches, situate in
Mata Survey District.

No. 2F and other blocks.

Waitakaruru No. 1c 3c Block, containing 55 acres 1 rood
7 perches, more or less, situate in Piako Survey District.

Revoking Order in Council vesting Management of Boat-slip
at Moeraki in Trustees.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-
fifth day of March, 1919.
Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fifth day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 71, of the eighth
day of the same month, the management of the boat-slip
landing or wharf at Port Moeraki, in the Waitaki County,
shown on plan marked M.D. 2962, and deposited in the
office of the Marine Department at Wellington, was vested
in Alfred Hill, of Moeraki, Michael Joyce, of Hillgrove, and
William Nicholson, of Hampden, as trustees fo the inhabitants of the Waitaki County:
And whereas it is desirable to revoke the said Order in
Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise
of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by sub-
section one of section fourteen of the Harbours Act, 1908,
and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that
behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the fifth
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and
the rights and privileges thereby granted and conferred.

Revoking Order in Council licensing Alexander McKellar to
use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Half-moon Bay,
Stewart Island.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-
fifth day of March, 1919.
Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the nineteenth
day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eleven,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 45, of the first
day of the following month, James Harrold, Charles Henry
Lonneker, Elizabeth Sarah Peterson, and James Leask were
respectively granted licenses to use and occupy parts of the
foreshore and land below low-water mark at Half-moon Bay,
Stewart Island, as sites for sheds for a period of fourteen
years:
And whereas James Harrold being deceased, the license
for foreshore and land below low-water mark occupied by him
under the said Order in Council was on the seventh day of
May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, transferred to
Alexander McKellar:
And whereas the said Alexander McKellar desires that
such license shall be revoked, and it is desirable to do so:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
