Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block III,
Kumeu Survey District, Waitemata County.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the
consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the said
land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Kumeu
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and
also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
2·7 perches.
Portion of Pahunuhunu No. 2 Block; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2·7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Pahunuhunu No. 2 Block;
coloured green.
All situated in Block III, Kumeu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 19963.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
45638, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's
Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross
of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order,
Knight of Grace of the Order of Saint John of
Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-
in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion
of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and
issued under the Seal of the said Dominion,
at the Government House at Wellington, this
twenty-sixth day of March, in the year of our Lord
one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Native-school Site in
Block XI, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
W HEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the
purposes of a Native-school site in Block XI, Rangitaiki
Lower Survey District :
And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law
to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such
land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been
observed and performed :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act,
1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the purposes of a Native-school site; and I do
also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the fifth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and nineteen.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 6 acres 1 rood
34 perches.
Portion of part No. 1a No. 8 Waiohau Block, Block XI,
Rangitaiki Lower Survey District. (S.O. 20260.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45301,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
