Road £1,200 Loan Special Rating Area, comprising part Subs. 6 and 7, Matemateaonga Block (2,438 acres), part Section 1 and Sections 2 and 4 (491 a. 2 r. 25 p.), and Section 7, Block V, Omona Survey District, and the southern half of Section 28, Block VIII, Ngaiere Survey District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
We, the undersigned, hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution passed at a properly constituted meeting of the Stratford County Council held on the 15th day of February, 1919.

STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL.
PUKENGANU ROAD £1,450 LOAN.—RESOLUTION MAKING AND LEVYING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also other charges on a loan of £1,450, authorized to be raised by the Stratford County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the construction of part of the Pukengahu Road, the said Stratford County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of threepence and seven-eighths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Pukengahu Road £1,450 Loan Special Rating Area, comprising Subs. 10, 11, 12, 16, and 17 of Subdivision 1, Pukengahu Block; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WAITOA DRAINAGE BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATES.—TE PUNINGA SPECIAL RATING AREA.—SPECIAL DRAINAGE-WORKS LOAN OF £500.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Waitoa Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £500, authorized to be raised by the Waitoa Drainage Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of constructing drainage-works in the Te Puninga Special Rating Area of the Waitoa Drainage District, the said Waitoa Drainage Board hereby makes and levies special rates, on a graduated scale according to the classification list of lands within the said special rating area, of one and three-sevenths of a penny in the pound on the rateable value of all lands in Class “A,” of one penny in the pound on the rateable value of all lands in Class “B,” and thirteen-sixteenths of one penny in the pound on the rateable value of all lands in Class “C,” all of which classes and the lands therein, together with their rateable values as appearing on the special roll of the special rating area, are set out in the classification list marked “A” of the Te Puninga Special Rating Area of the Waitoa Drainage District, the boundaries of which are as follows,—

All that area of land in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the north-east corner of Lot 7 on the western side of the No. 8 Road, and following along that road forming the eastern boundaries of Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 of Sections 96/7 of the Waitoa Estate Subdivision, and also Section 98 of the Waitoa Estate Subdivision, to the south-east corner of that section; thence along the south and the south-western boundary of Section 98 aforesaid to its north-western corner, being also the southern boundary of Lot 12, which along to the Waiharakeke Stream, and along that stream to the north-western corner of Lot 7 of Sections 96/7 of the Waitoa Estate Subdivision, and along the northern boundary of that allotment to the No. 8 Road, the point of commencement.
Such rates shall be annually recurring rates during the currency of the loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of April and the first day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
We hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Waitoa Drainage Board properly constituted and held at Waihou on Saturday, 1st March, 1919. In testimony whereof the common seal of the Waitoa Drainage Board is hereto affixed, set and impressed.

RANGIORA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION STRIKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and in pursuance of section 3 of the Lake Coleridge Waterpower Act, 1915, and of all other powers (if any) thereunto enabling, the Rangiora County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of five thousand pounds (£5,000), authorized to be raised by the Rangiora County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of the electrical reticulation of part of the said county, the said Rangiora County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-tenth of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Rangiora Riding of the County of Rangiora; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
