Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohotu 5B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 19th day of February, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE having been furnished, of the loss or destruction of Memorandum of Lease registered number 5995, of Section 154, Township of Whiteley, being part of the land comprised in Vol. 90, folio 176, Taranaki Registry, whereof WILLIAM JOHN RUSSELL, of New Plymouth, Carter, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional lease at the expiration of fourteen days from the 16th day of January, 1919.
