Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Awarua 1d B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 20th day of March, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the block be leased to Jessie Ruth Morrin, wife of Thomas Victor Morrin, of Otupae, Hawke’s Bay, sheep-farmer, for the term of twenty-one years from the 1st day of March, 1919, at a yearly rental equal to 5 per cent. on the present Government capital value thereof for the first ten years of the said term, and at a yearly rental equal to 5 per cent. on the Government capital value (less the value of all improvements effected by the lessee on the said block) as on the 1st day of March, 1929, for the balance of the said term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waituhi-Kurutau No. 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kakahi on Tuesday, the 25th day of March, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land, or any part thereof, at the amount of a new Government valuation be accepted.”
