ERRATUM.—In the Order in Council published in New Zealand Gazette, 1911, page 2913, to the place of commence-
Gazettes No. 168, of the 19th December, 1918, and ment.
No. 6, of the 23rd January, 1919, amending clause 8E of the
regulation under the Public Service Act, 1912, insert the
word “over” before £200 in line 13 of the Schedule, and
also before £230 in line 15 of the Schedule.

Declaring certain Area added to the County of Waikohu to be
included in Mangatu Riding thereof.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the third day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fifth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, the
boundaries of the Counties of Waiaupu and Waikohu were
altered by the exclusion of a certain area from the County
of Waiaupu and the inclusion of such area in the County of
Waikohu: And whereas it is desirable that the area so
added to the County of Waikohu should be included in the
Mangatu Riding of that county:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
upon me by section twenty-two of the Counties Act, 1908,
do hereby declare that the area included as aforesaid in the
County of Waikohu shall, on and from the first day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, be in-
cluded in the Mangatu Riding of the said county, and that
the boundaries of that riding shall be those set forth in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

MANGATU RIDING, WAIKOHU COUNTY.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded
towards the north-west generally by the Opotiki County, as
described in New Zealand Gazette, 1915, page 3547, and
Waiaupu County, as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1918,
page 3869, from the confluence of the Waitangirua Stream
and the Motu River to the western boundary of Uawa County
as constituted by the Uawa County Act, 1918; thence by
the Uawa County to the northernmost corner of Kanakanaia
Riding; thence towards the south generally by the Kana-

Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

GOD SAVE THE KING!

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Opanake 1c South
Block to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
was, by an order of the Native Land Court made
on the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred
and eighteen, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of
section forty-nine of the Native Land Amendment Act,
1913:

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that the said
road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notifi-
cation to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of
Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:

And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention
to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given
by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district
concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914;
