APPLICATIONS UNDER PART XVIII OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909, FOR CONFIRMATION OF RESOLUTIONS—continued.

45 3095 Motatau 1 Block, Sections 1D 3, &c. That the agreement dated 25th June, 1912, between the Native owners of Motatau No. 1 Block and the Kauri Timber Company (Limited), respecting road rights and rights for the cutting and removal of timber, &c., be varied in so far as it affects Sections 1D 3, 1D 1, 1C 5, 1C 9, 1C 1, 1C 2, and 1C 6, so that the date of expiry shall be 25th June, 1922, instead of 25th June, 1920, the Kauri Timber Company (Limited), in consideration of such variation of the terms of the agreement, making a cash payment to the owners as may be agreed.

NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the South Island District Maori Land Board to be held at Christchurch on Monday, the 10th day of March, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.
