Declaring a certain Area added to the County of Piako to be included in certain Ridings of such County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, the boundaries of the Counties of Piako and Ohinemuri were altered by the inclusion in Piako County of a part of Ohinemuri County: And whereas it is desirable that the area so added to the Piako County should be included in the Morrinsville, Waitoa, and Waihou Ridings of that county:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section twenty-two of the Counties Act, 1908, do hereby declare that the area included as aforesaid in the Piako County shall, as on and from the second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, be included in the Morrinsville, Waitoa, and Waihou Ridings of the said county, and that the boundaries of those ridings shall be those set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF MORRINSVILLE RIDING, PIAKO COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded, commencing at the north-western corner of the Piako County, towards the north by the Hauraki Plains County to the Piako River; towards the east by the Piako River and the Waiharakeke Stream to the south-eastern corner of part Maungatapu Block (shown on deposited plan 1038A); thence towards the south and west by the aforesaid part Maungatapu Block to where it junctions with a small stream running northwards to the Piako River, and by said stream to the Piako River; thence by the Piako River in a south-westerly direction to the Topehahae River, and by that river in a southerly direction to the southern corner of Te Mutu No. 1 Block; thence northerly along the western boundary of that block and westerly along the northern boundaries of Tahuroa No. 2, Tahuroa, Tahuroa No. 3, and Tahuroa No. 4 Blocks to the western boundary of the Piako County, and in a north-westerly direction along said county boundary to place of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF WAITOA RIDING, PIAKO COUNTY.
All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north from the Piako River to the Waitoa River by the Hauraki Plains County; towards the east generally by the Waitoa River; and towards the south and west generally by Pakarau Pa B Blocks and Kahutopanga Block and the Morrinsville Riding hereinbefore defined.
BOUNDARIES OF WAIHOU RIDING, PIAKO COUNTY.
All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north from the Waitoa River to the Waihou River by the Hauraki Plains County; towards the north-east generally by the Waihou River; towards the south and south-east by the road forming the southern boundary of Sections 27, 25, 24, 23, and 22 of Block XII, Aroha Survey District, Sections 19B and 17 of Block XI, Aroha Survey District, and road forming the south-eastern boundaries of
