Postponement of the Sitting of the Native Land Court at Tikiti.

NOTICE is hereby given that the sitting of the Native Land Court scheduled to be held at Tikiti on the 4th February, 1920, has by the Chief Judge been adjourned to the 4th March, 1920, at the same place.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura 1b 2r 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Wednesday, the 14th day of January, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to W. L. Harrison, of Utakura, for the sum of £3 10s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangaroa Ngaiotonga 4a 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Wednesday, the 14th day of January, 1920, at 2.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Teri Mekii for the sum of 10s. per acre or the amount of a new Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ninihi 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Wednesday, the 21st day of January, 1920, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otaika 4c West will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Wednesday, the 21st day of January, 1920, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be revested in the Native owners.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau 1a 9 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Wednesday, the 14th day of January, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the agreement dated 25th June, 1912, between the Native owners of Motatau No. 1 Block and the Kauri Timber Company (Limited), respecting road rights and rights for cutting and removal of timber, &c., be varied in so far as it affects Motatau 1a 9, so that the date of expiry shall be 25th June, 1922. The Kauri Timber Company (Limited), in consideration of such variation of the terms of the agreement, making a cash payment to the owners as may be agreed.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ketetahi Springs will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tokaanu on Friday, the 16th day of January, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the said land for the amount of £500 be accepted.”
