Lease of Western Moiety of Allotment 23, Block X, Te Kuiti Native Township.

NOTICE is hereby given that that portion of the above-mentioned block described hereunder will be offered for lease by public auction for a term of eleven years and a half expiring on the 30th day of June, 1931, with right of further renewals for terms of twenty-one years at valuation from time to time, at Te Kuiti, at 10 o’clock a.m. on Tuesday, the 13th January, 1920, at the auction mart of John Reid Graham, on behalf of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board:—

All that piece or parcel of land called or known as the western moiety of Allotment 23 of Block X, Native Township of Te Kuiti, bounded towards the west by Allotment 1 of Block X of the said township, 112 links; towards the north by Sheridan Street, 100 links; towards the east by the remaining portion of the said Lot 23, 112 links; and thence to the commencing-point. The total area comprised in the moiety is 18 perches.

The upset rental is £45 per annum. The purchaser will be required to pay to the Board within one month from the day of sale the sum of £350, being the value of the improvements upon the property.
