Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okere No. 1m No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taheke on Tuesday, the 16th day of December, 1919, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to William Richard Holmes shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whitianga 2B 6 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 12th day of December, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ That the said land be leased to John Harrison Robson for forty-two years, the first twenty-one years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum, and the next twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5½ per cent. of the Government unimproved value of the land in 1939. The lessee to have the right to cut and dispose of all timber or timber-trees on the land on payment of a royalty equal to the amount of the Government valuation of the timber on the said land, payable in instalments spread over ten years; or, in the alternative
“ That a grant be made to John Harrison Robson of the right to cut and dispose of all millable timber or timber-trees on the said land for a term of fifteen years on payment of a royalty equal to the Government valuation of the timber on the said land, such grant to contain all necessary and usual rights and conditions.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Papatu A 8B Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 19th day of December, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Papatu A 8B Block be granted to Mabel Pilmer, wife of William Claymore Pilmer, of Gisborne, stock agent, for a term of twenty-one years, at a yearly rental of 7s. per acre.”
[The Government valuation of the block is £2,552.]

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Aohuna 1D Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 19th day of December, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Aohuna 1D Block be sold to Mereana Herewini Hoone, wife of Tiaki Hoone, of Manutuke, Native farmer, at a price equivalent to the present Government valuation thereof.”
[The Government valuation of the block is £640.]

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pouawa No. 5 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 19th day of December, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the said Pouawa No. 5 Block be leased to Ralph Manley Gore, of Turihau, station-manager, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the present capital valuation, together with the right to compensation for improvements in the form of buildings and boundary fences; or, in the alternative
“ (2.) That the said land be sold to Ralph Manley Gore at the sum of £17 per acre or the Government valuation of the said land.”
[There are £240 improvements already on the block. The Government valuation of the block is £840.]

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangatira 3H Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Friday, the 19th day of December, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Rangatira 3H Block be granted to Norman Law, of Te Karaka, hotelkeeper, for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of £1 per acre.”
[Government valuation of the land is £445 (30th September, 1919).]
