APPLICATIONS IN TERMS OF SECTION 341 OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909, THAT MEETINGS OF ASSEMBLED OWNERS BE SUMMONED.

34 19/572 Papatupu 5B That the said land be leased to Matilda Maud Finer, of Waitotara, married woman, for twenty-one years, at rental of 10s. per acre per annum, or at 5 per centum of the Government valuation of the said land, whichever be the greater (Currie and Jack).
35 19/584 Waimarino A 16 That the said land be sold to Walter Chainney Jones, of Raetihi, farmer, for the sum of £2 10s. per acre, or the amount of the Government valuation of the owners’ interest therein, whichever is the greater (Currie and Jack).
36 19/586 Ngatitamaahuroa No. 5 That the said land be sold to Tuhitia Hikaka for the sum of £14 per acre (Currie and Jack).

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tahorakuri No. 5A No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taupo on Friday, the 19th day of December, 1919, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of sale to Robert Palmer, William Edward Palmer, and Sydney Robert Palmer shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of sale to Robert Palmer, William Edward Palmer, and Sydney Robert Palmer shall be agreed to.”
