APPLICATIONS TO SUMMON MEETINGS OF OWNERS UNDER PART XVIII OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909.

3	10636	"" 1A 1B 2 ..	Lease to S. G. Chambers for a term of fifty years at a rental of 5 per cent. of the Government valuation during the first twenty-five years, and a further twenty-five years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 3, Block XIV, Puniu Survey District (Puketarata No. 6), will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Levin on Thursday, the 27th day of November, 1919, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the land be sold to Samuel Thomas, of Te Kuiti, for the sum of £4 per acre."

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Heruiwi No. 4A No. 2B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Whaiti on Friday, the 5th day of December, 1919, on the arrival of the mail, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted."
