THE following results of the election of trustees of drainage districts have been received from the Returning Officer, and are published in accordance with the provisions of the Land Drainage Act, 1908.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, ROBERT EDWARD HAYES, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Horowhenua Boxing Association (Registered) is no longer carrying on its operations and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Notice to Mariners.—No. 86 of 1919.
AUCKLAND HARBOUR.—DREDGING AND RECLAMATION.
Marine Department,
Wellington, N.Z., 11th November, 1919.
THE Auckland Harbour Board have notified that suction dredger No. 2 is now moored approximately in the centre of the northern boundary of the new reclamation in Mechanics Bay, and has six moorings laid out in north, south, east, and west directions, and is also connected shoreward by a line of pipes secured on small punts.
The Board also notify that the northern boundary wall of the new eastern reclamation in Mechanics Bay is being extended to the eastward, and that the eastern boundary wall is being carried out from a position 100 ft. to the west of the Parnell Wharf in a northerly direction to meet the northern wall.

Notice to Mariners.—No. 87 of 1919.
NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOUR.—LEADING-BEACONS ERECTED.

Wellington, N.Z., 11th November, 1919.
THE New Plymouth Harbour Board have notified that two triangular-shaped beacons, painted white, with a vertical black stripe through the centre, have been erected on the foreshore on the south side of the New Plymouth Harbour, bearing 197° (S. 1° W. magnetic).
These beacons in line lead 900 ft. north-eastward of the breakwater end. Stone is now being rapidly deposited for a distance of 800 ft. in line of breakwater, for the foundation of the proposed breakwater extension.
The beacons are 180 ft. apart, the front lower one being 50 ft. from high-water mark.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II, Unclaimed Lands.
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee, have, for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands), made due inquiries with respect to the land described in the Schedule hereunder, and the whereabouts of the owner thereof, and have, in respect of the said land, given the notices prescribed by section 66 of that Act, and have in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act pertinent hereto : And whereas I have not thereby ascertained the whereabouts of the owner, and believe that such owner or an agent of such owner is not in the Dominion, nor has such owner established his title to the said land, as required by the said Act: I hereby give notice that the said land is, under and by virtue of the said Act, vested in the Public Trustee as aforesaid, as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, the value of the land for the purposes of section 67 (d) of the said Act being less than £100.

Bounded on the north by Allotment 39, 289 links ; on the east by a street 150 links wide, 190 links and 180 links ; on the south by a street 100 links wide, 246 links ; and on the west by Allotment 37, 383 links.
