REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tatua East Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Thursday, the 27th day of February, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of lease to Elsie Violet Hoyes shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutukau East B No. 7B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Thursday, the 27th day of February, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Albert Rayner shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative

“(2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Albert Rayner shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Nuhaka 2c 2G Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on the 20th day of February, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That the Nuhaka 2c 2G Block be leased to Emere Waerea, of Nuhaka, married woman, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of not less than five per centum per annum of the present valuation of the said land, together with the right to compensation for all improvements actually effected by the lessee then in existence at the expiry of the term; or

“(2.) That a lease of the Nuhaka 2c 2G Block be granted to Maika Taruke and Ree Mataira for the term of twenty-one years, at the yearly rental of five per centum on the present Government valuation of the said land for the first ten years of the said term, and the yearly rental of five per centum on the unimproved Government valuation of the said land for the last eleven years of the said term, the lessees holding, as tenants in common in equal shares, right to compensation for improvements.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Ohuia No. 1 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on the 20th day of February, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Ohuia No. 1 Block be sold to William Lyon Pratt Hamlin, of Wairoa, sheep-farmer, at a price equal to the present Government valuation.”
