Lieutenant-Colonel G. T. Hall, C.M.G., is granted the temporary rank of Colonel whilst holding the appointment of A.Q.M.G., N.Z.E.F. Dated 13th November, 1918.

Captain F. H. Anderson, M.C., is granted the temporary rank of Major whilst acting as O.C., Headquarters Company, N.Z. Divisional Train, vice Major G. R. Hutchinson, appointed Senior Supply Officer, to date 6th October, 1918, and relinquishes the temporary rank on appointment of Major J. D. Dryden to be O.C. Headquarters Company.
