Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Opape No. 12JBHM No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opotiki on Monday, the 1st day of December, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to George Matchitt and George Smith shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketapu Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kakahi on Tuesday, the 2nd day of December, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the parcel of land, containing 1,456 acres, be leased to James Joseph Moore, of Johnsonville, settler, for the term of fifty years, at the annual rental of £250, payable quarterly, without impeachment of waste.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketapu Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kakahi on Tuesday, the 2nd day of December, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the parcel of land, containing 4,800 acres, be leased to Frank Thomas Moore, of Johnsonville, settler, for a period of fifty years, at the annual rental of £875, payable quarterly, without impeachment of waste.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakatere-Manawakaiia B 35 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 4th day of December, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Emily Ezilpha Goodhue, of Taheke, married woman, for a term of forty-two years, at a yearly rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and an annual rental equal to 5 per cent. of the unimproved Government valuation during the second twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kohatutaka 6K 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 4th day of December, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Herbert Renwick, of Kaikohe, settler, for the term of forty-two years, payable at the rate of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. of the unimproved value for next twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuhuna 30 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 4th day of December, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Charles Andrew Matson, of Kaikohe, farmer, for the price of £16 per acre.”
