War Regulations for the Safety of Ships and Cargoes revoked.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this third day of November, 1919.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him
by the War Regulations Act, 1914, and of every other power and
authority enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby revoke the War
Regulations for the safety of ships and cargoes made under the War Regulations Act, 1914, by an Order in Council dated and gazetted the tenth day
of October, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

Soldiers’ Businesses Regulations, 1918, revoked.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this third day of November, 1919.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS under the authority given by section thirty-five of the War Legislation Act, 1917, and section twenty-five of the Finance Act, 1918, certain regulations entitled the Soldiers' Businesses Regulations, 1918, were made under the War Regulations Act, 1914, by an Order in Council dated and gazetted the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen:
And whereas it is deemed expedient to revoke the said regulations :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, and in pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon him by the aforesaid Acts, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby revoke the said Order in Council of the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, making the said Soldiers' Businesses Regulations, 1918.
