NATHAN to SIDNEY JACOB NATHAN and CHARLES
ISAAC NATHAN, of the land comprised in Vol. 5, folio 32,
of the Provisional Register-book, being Lot 6 of Subsection 3
of Section 13 of the City of Auckland, and evidence adduced
of the loss of the duplicate of the said mortgage :

Now, notice is hereby given of my intention to register
such dealing at the expiration of fourteen days from the
