HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, resignations, transfers, and retirements of the undermentioned officers of the Regiment of Royal N.Z. Artillery and Territorial Force, and the reposting of officers from the N.Z. Expeditionary Force to the Territorial Force.

APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS.

THE REGIMENT OF ROYAL N.Z. ARTILLERY.

With reference to the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 107, of 28th August, 1919, relating to Major (temp.) Thomas Farr, D.S.O., M.C., for the words “Staff Officer to Director of Field Artillery” read “Staff Officer to the Director of Artillery.”

Driver (late 2nd Lieutenant, N.Z.E.F.) Anthony Robert Andrews is struck off the strength of the N.Z. Expeditionary Force, and retains the rank of 2nd Lieutenant (temp.) until further notice. Dated 26th August, 1919.

2nd Lieutenant (temp.) Anthony Robert Andrews is posted to the Retired List with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Dated 22nd November, 1919.

1ST (CANTERBURY) REGIMENT.
