THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Sections 12, 13, and 14, Block XXV, Otorohanga Township, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Friday, the 7th day of November, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the sections be sold to the Crown for the purpose of erecting workers’ dwellings thereon under the Workers’ Dwellings Act, 1910."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Karuotewhenua 1c 4b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Friday, the 7th day of November, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"(1.) That portion of the land, containing 40 acres, be sold to George Fellingham for the amount of the present Government valuation.
"(2.) That the residue of the land be sold to A. J. Delamore for the amount of the Government valuation."

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau 1b 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Friday, the 5th day of December, 1919, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the agreement dated 25th June, 1912, between the Native owners of Motatau No. 1 Block and the Kauri Timber Company (Limited), respecting road rights and rights for cutting and removal of timber, &c., be varied in so far as it affects Motatau 1b 7, so that the date of expiry shall be 25th June, 1922. The Kauri Timber Company (Limited), in consideration of such variation of the terms of the agreement, making a cash payment to the owners as may be agreed."
