Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pikiatua Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 5th day of November, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be sold to Frederick Bredenbeck for the sum of £4 per acre.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to Colin John Riddle for the sum of £5 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tokanui 1D 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 5th day of November, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be leased to Frank Potts for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 6s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 12s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 76B 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 5th day of November, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That a portion of the land, containing 100 acres, be leased to George Hamilton Metcalfe for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-five years.”

“ That the land be sold to Charles Phillip Smith for the sum of £2 per acre.”
