Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the said Act and its amendment, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute, by the specific name of “The Peria Rabbit District,” and declare that part of New Zealand defined in the Schedule hereto to be a district for the purposes of Part III of the said Act, and doth hereby fix the number of members of which the Board of Trustees for the said district shall consist in terms of the said Act at six members.
SCHEDULE.
ALL those parcels of land, being Sections 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, and 148, Block V, Tapapa Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at a point being the north-eastern corner of Section 148, running in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately one mile along Peria Road, then in a south-westerly direction along the north-western boundary of Section 148 and the Mangapapa Stream; thence along the western boundaries of Sections 148, 147, 146, 145, 144, 143, following the said Mangapapa Stream to a point being the south-western corner of Section 143; thence in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of Section 143 to a point being the north-western corner of Section 142; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundaries of Sections 142, 141, 140, 139, and 138 to a point on Buckland Road, being the south-western corner of Section 138; thence along the Buckland Road in an easterly direction to Matai Road; thence in a northerly direction along Matai Road to the point of commencement on Peria Road. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan attached to the above-mentioned petition, and therein in outline coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Cave Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of October, 1919.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of that month, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Cave Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

as from the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, to be the Cave Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, at three o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Hall, Cave, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
CAVE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 3683 (in red), Rosewill Settlement, situated in Block IX, Pareora Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the Mackenzie main road, 722 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 77, 1450 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 74, 722 links; and towards the south-west by the abutment of a public road and by Section 29 and by part of the Mackenzie main road, a total of 1450 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1072/26A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

as from the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, to be the Lincoln Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Lincoln Public Library as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

LINCOLN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 3761, situate in the Town of Lincoln, Block V, Halswell Survey District. Bounded on the north by the Town Belt, 352 links; on the east by Leinster Terrace; on the south by the Town Belt, 350 links; and on the west by Kildare Terrace: save and except a portion of Gerald Street and a railway reserve passing through the said reserve. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/383A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
