Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being Section 36, Block XIV, Tararua Survey District, situated between Kaiparoro Road and Makakahi River, north of Section 27, Block XIV aforesaid. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east generally by a river-bank reserve one chain wide along the southern bank of Makakahi River, and towards the south generally by Kaiparoro Road.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section 3A, Block XIV, Tararua Survey District, situated between Kaiparoro Road and Makakahi River, north of Section 3, Block XIV aforesaid. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east generally by the Makakahi River; and towards the south, south-east, and south-west by Kaiparoro Road.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 21 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section 2A, Block XIV, Tararua Survey District, situated between Kaiparoro Road and Makakahi River, north of Section 2, Block XIV aforesaid. Bounded towards the north-west generally by the Makakahi River; and towards the east, south, and south-west generally by Kaiparoro Road.
As the same are more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 6/1/231, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Number of Commissioners of Town District of Matamata increased.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby increase the number of the Commissioners of the Town District of Matamata to seven, such increase to commence from the general election of members to be held in September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Altering Districts under the Public Health Act, 1908.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by Warrant bearing date the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted on the thirty-first day of the same month, the then existing Auckland District was divided into two health districts as therein described, and named the Northland District and the Auckland District: And whereas it is expedient to alter the name of the Northland District:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section six of the Public Health Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, do hereby alter the name of the Northland District to North Auckland District, and do hereby declare that the name of the said district shall accordingly be the North Auckland District.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Notifying Land in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

The Town of Pipiroa is situate in Hauraki Plains, on the west bank of the Piako River. The nearest access is by launch or steamer, &c., from Thames, which is distant about seven miles.
The lands are partly drained alluvial clay deposit, and the vegetation consists of light and heavy manuka in places, raupo, cabbage-trees, native grasses, &c. There are a few dried-up watercourses passing through some of the sections.
