APPLICATIONS IN TERMS OF SECTION 341 OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909, THAT MEETINGS OF ASSEMBLED OWNERS BE SUMMONED—continued.

53 19/487 Reureu 2B 3B That the said land be leased to Albert Victor Waitford, of Wanganui, returned soldier, for a term of twenty-one years from the date of confirmation of this resolution by the Aotea District Maori Land Board, at the yearly rental of £1 5s. per acre or at a rental equal to 5 per cent. upon the present Government value of the said land. Such lease to contain a covenant for a renewal of such lease for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the then Government unimproved value (Marshall, Hutton, and Izard).
54 19/488 Wharepu 3.. That the said land be sold to Toroara Kaiwhare, of Kakatahi, returned soldier, for a sum equal to £3 per acre (Marshall, Hutton, and Izard).
55 19/499 Kaitangata 12c 3 That the Kaitangata 12c 3 Block, containing 38 acres 0 roods 32 perches, be sold to Neville Nicholson, of Parikino, farmer, at a price equal to the present Government valuation thereof (Currie and Jack).
56 19/504 Ohotu 7B 2A That the said land be sold to Mary Ann Kennedy, of Moumahaki, at the price of the present Government valuation of the owners interest (Treadwell, Gordon, and Brodie).
57 19/505 Waharangi 7c That the said land be leased to Herbert Punch, of Raetihi, farmer, at the rent of 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation. (Treadwell, Gordon, and Brodie).

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manganui No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohaeawai on Wednesday, the 22nd day of October, 1919, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be sold to Murdock Donald Fraser, of Whangarei, for the sum of 15s. per acre, and that the said Murdock Donald Fraser shall pay survey costs and all other liens in respect of the said land."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau No. 50 No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohaeawai on Wednesday, the 22nd day of October, 1919, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be sold to John Fotheringham for £1 15s. per acre."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2D 2N 7B is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Thursday, the 16th day of October, 1919, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the Nuhaka 2D 2N 7B Block be leased to Te Teira Meihana at a yearly rental per acre of 5s. 6d. for a period of ten years."
