And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved, in so far as it refers to York Street:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution to the extent hereinbefore mentioned.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Newmarket, known as York Street, situated between Khyber Pass Road and Arthur Street. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44601, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Water Reserve in Whangarei County to be a Sanctuary for Imported and Native Game.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be a sanctuary for the purposes of the said Animals Protection Act, and that no imported or native game shall be taken or killed within the said area.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,600 acres, more or less, being a reserve for water-conservation, situated in Blocks XI and XII, Purua Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Taikoa Block, Pukemiro Block, and Sections 55, 52, and 76; towards the east by Harahora Block; towards the south generally by Sections, 1, 2, and 3, Taikawiwi Block, Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Waihoanga Block, and Te Hape Block; and towards the west generally by Section 28, Crown land, and State forest reserve.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Opossums protected in Waimate Acclimatization District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that opossums of every variety shall be protected within the Waimate Acclimatization District, the boundaries of which are described in the Schedule hereto, for a period of two years from the date hereof.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded towards the north generally by Mackenzie and Levels Counties from the middle of the Waitaki River to the sea, towards the east by the sea to the mouth of the Waitaki River, and towards the south-west and west generally by a line along the middle of that river to Mackenzie County, the place of commencement.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Hawke’s Bay, Wellington, Nelson, and Marlborough Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section 9, Block XV, Motu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 10, Block XV, 1140·6 links; towards the north-east by Section 4 of Block XV, 796·6 links; towards the south-east by Section 4, Block XV, 1330 links; and towards the west by a public road, 630·4 and 194·2 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/147, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public school.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Sections 13 and 14, Poukiore Village Settlement, situated in Block XV, Tiriraukawa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 14, Block XV aforesaid, 145·8 and 137·7 links; towards the north-east by Section 12, Poukiore Village Settlement, 384·5 links; towards the south-east generally by Muriomotu Road, 144·5, 49·5, and 107·1 links; and towards the south-west by Poukiore No. 2 Block, 367·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/747, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a roadman’s cottage.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Section 52 (formerly part of Section 7) of Block III, Kawatiri Survey District, in the Borough of Westport. Bounded towards the north by the Orowaiti Road, 257·95 links; towards the east by Sections 1 and 2, Leaver Settlement, 518·05 links; towards the south-east by Packington Street, 137·8 links; and towards the south-west by Haseldean Street, 571·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2403, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For an addition to a site for a public hospital.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section 5, Block VII, Mount Olympus Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road 75 links wide, 1000 links; towards the north-east by Crown land, 500 links; towards the south-east by Section 28, Block VII, Mount Olympus Survey District, 1000 links; and towards the south-west by Section 28 aforesaid, 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/1 (18E), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public school.
