Post Officers appointed to take Statutory Declarations of Postmasters and other Post Officers.

IN pursuance of the powers delegated to me under section 8, clause (d), of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the warrants issued under the authority conferred by section 9, subsection (2), of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, dated the 18th day of June, 1913, the 13th day of June, 1914, and the 2nd day of February, 1918, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 3rd day of July, 1913, the 18th day of June, 1914, and the 7th day of February, 1918, respectively, in so far as they appoint the following persons to take statutory declarations of Postmasters and other Post officers; and do hereby order that, except as altered by this warrant and previous warrants of similar import, the said warrants of the 18th day of June, 1913, the 13th day of June, 1914, and the 2nd day of February, 1918, shall continue in full force and effect:

Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments.
To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 26 acres 2 roods 22 perches, more or less, being the south-western part of Allotment 22 of the Parish of Ararimu, situate in Block XI, Kaipara Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the north-eastern part of Allotment 22, 2496 links ; towards the east by Allotment 23, 1130 links ; towards the south by Allotment 94, 1998 links ; and towards the west by a public road, 1336 links.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries and has been unable to find the whereabouts of the owner of the above-described land or any agent of such owner in New Zealand:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land ; and if he fails or neglects so to do, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.
