ALL that area in the Otago Land District bounded towards the north-west by the Invercargill–Dunedin Railway Reserve from the Tokomairiro River to the south-western boundary of Section No. 103, Block XII, Tokomairiro Survey District; thence by the said Section No. 103 to the main South Road at the southernmost corner of that section and a right line across the said road to the north-eastern side of Duthie Street; thence again towards the north-west by the south-eastern side of the main South Road aforesaid in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 1300 links; thence again towards the north-east by a line at right angles in a south-easterly direction from the aforesaid road, a distance of 1100 links, to Johnstone Street; thence towards the south-east by the north-western side of Johnstone Street and its production across Springfield Road; thence again towards the north-east by the south-western side of Springfield Road to Section No. 136, Block XVII, Tokomairiro Survey District; thence again towards the south-east and north-east by the last-mentioned section to Section No. 138; thence again towards the south-east by the said Section No. 138 to the road running along the left bank of the Tokomairiro River; and thence towards the west generally by the eastern side of the last-mentioned road and along the left bank of the said Tokomairiro River (eastern branch) to the place of commencement.
