AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres, more or less, being Allotment 388, Waimana Parish. Bounded, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Allotment 322, Waimana Parish, towards the north by Section 322A of the said parish and a public road; towards the east by the said public road and a stream; towards the south by a line due west, 840 links, to the eastern boundary of the said Allotment 322; and towards the west by the last-mentioned boundary, 1450 links, to the place of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 4/52, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plans Nos. 7216, 11819, 12737, 12739, blue.) For public-recreation purposes.
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 326 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section 1, Block XIII, Waipukurau Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and towards the north-east generally by the Tukituki River; towards the south-east by Section 5, Block XIV, Waipukurau Survey District; and towards the south-west generally by a public road: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/1/56, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. As the same is shown in the Registry-book of the Hawke’s Bay Registration District, Vol. 4L, folio 198. For a site for a hospital.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing 2 acres, more or less, being Section 11, Block II, Maungakaretu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Turakina Road, 710 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 3, Block II aforesaid, 270 links; towards the east generally by a road and river-bank reserve one chain wide along the bank of the Turakina River; and towards the south by a public road, 578·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1910/2030, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a roadman’s cottage.

Notifying the Proposed Exchange of Crown Land in the Auckland Land District for other Land.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and forty-two of the Land Act, 1908, as amended by section seventeen of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor-General, whenever he deems it expedient in the public interest, to grant in fee-simple any area of Crown land which is subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, in exchange for the fee-simple of any other land, and on any such exchange to pay or receive by way of equality of exchange any sum not exceeding twenty-five per centum of the estimated value of the Crown land so granted:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to exchange the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto for the land of equal value described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the owner of the land described in the Second Schedule has agreed to such exchange:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the aforesaid powers and authorities, doth hereby declare that it is his intention to grant in fee-simple the area of Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto in exchange for the fee-simple of the land described in the Second Schedule.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF CROWN LAND AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 136 acres 1 rood, more or less, and being Section 7, Block X, Rotoiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Whakapoungakau-Pukepoto No. 3B No. 3 (Tikitere) Block, 1480 links; towards the south-east by the aforesaid block and Whakapoungakau-Pukepoto No. 6B (Otangihiaroa) and part No. 5B (Te Takapou) Blocks, 7875·5 links, and by a public road, 1799·8 links; towards the south by Section 3, Block X aforesaid, 729·1 links; towards the north-west by land granted to the Anglican Church Mission Society, 22·7 and 74·2 links, by part of the Whakapoungakau-Pukepoto No. 5B (Te Takapou) Block aforesaid, 3477·4 links, and by the crossing of the Wairewarewa Stream; towards the south-west generally by the Wairewarewa Stream aforesaid, and again towards the north-west generally by the Waiohewa Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/1935A, deposited in the Head Office, Lands and Survey Department, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan 19962.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in Block X, Rotoiti Survey District, containing by admeasurement 84 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, and being portion of the Whakapoungakau-Pukepoto No. 1B (Okahu) Block. Bounded towards the north by Crown land, 4627·9 links; towards the south-east generally by Crown land, a public road, and Whakapoungakau-Pukepoto No. 2 (Karioi) Block, 1692·1, 63·2, 586, 238·6, and 2340·2 links; and towards the south-west and west by other part of Whakapoungakau-Pukepoto No. 1B (Okahu) Block, 2009·7, 297·7, and 510 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/1935, deposited in the Head Office, Lands and Survey Department, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan 19962.)

Portion of a Primary-education Endowment in Te Rapa Parish, Auckland Land District, set apart as an Addition to a Site for a Public School.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section five of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1911, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, on the recommendation of the Land Board of the district in which are situated any reserves or endowments vested in the Crown by or in pursuance of section two of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, set apart as sites for public schools, secondary schools, or technical schools any part of such reserves or endowments:
And whereas the Land Board of the Auckland Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the portion of the primary-education endowment described in the Schedule hereto should be set apart as an addition to a site for a public school, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Acts aforesaid, do hereby set apart the portion of the primary-education endowment described in the Schedule hereto as an addition to a site for a public school.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 acres, more or less, being Lots 18, 19, part 20, and part of 26 of Allotment 360, Te Rapa Parish (Block I, Hamilton Survey District), commencing at a peg on the side of a public road 504674·2 links south and 212193·5 links east of Mount Eden. Bounded towards the north-east by a line bearing 108° 41′ 37″, 818·5 links, and by Lot 21 of Allotment 360, Te Rapa Parish, 250 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 257·2 links; towards the south-west by a line, 884·7 links, shown on plan 7480, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; and towards the north-west by a public road, 51·5 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/190, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan No. 20301, blue.)
