Land proclaimed as a Road in Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District, Waimea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waimea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Kaiteriteri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
2 roods.
Portion of Part 63, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District (Motueka Original).
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 46647, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Grace of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waiwera Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Subdivisions of Maungatapu A Block to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, duly laid out as a road-line in pursuance of section one hundred and seventeen of the Native Land Act, 1909 :
And whereas by section two of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1918, it is provided that where any road-line has heretofore been laid out under the said section one hundred and seventeen and has not been proclaimed as a public road, then such road-line may be proclaimed as a public road under section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, subject, however, to the conditions prescribed by section fifty-one of the last-mentioned Act and section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914 :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that in the public interest the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 :
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914 :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

Portions of Maungatapu A Nos. 2 and 3 Blocks, situated in Blocks VII and XI, Maungakawa Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/649, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Grace of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this second day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
