Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukewhinan Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 10th day of September, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a lease of the Pukewhinan Block be granted to Iriheke Rangi, of Frasertown, farmer, for the term of twenty-one years, at a yearly rental equal to 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation of the said land for the first ten years of the said term, and at the yearly rental equal to 5 per cent. on the then unimproved Government valuation of the said land for the last eleven years of the said term, with right to compensation for improvements.”
NOTE.—The present Government valuation is £289.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ranginui 3B.2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Wednesday, the 10th day of September, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said Ranginui 3B.2 Block be sold to Jessie Ada Pyke, of Te Arai, widow, at a price equal to the Government valuation.”
NOTE.—The Government valuation is £370.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiti 313 No. 2F 2B Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Wednesday, the 10th day of September, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the Kaiti 313 No. 2F 2B Block be sold to Ellen Julia Nolan, wife of James Wrey Nolan, of Gisborne, solicitor, for a sum not less than the present capital value of the said land.”
NOTE.—The Government valuation is £75.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutuotekaha No. 2A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday the 10th day of September, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the Tutuotekaha No. 2A Block be leased to John Boyd, of Wairoa, sheep-farmer, for the term of twenty-one years, at a yearly rental equal to £5 per centum of the Government valuation thereof, with a right to the lessee for compensation for improvements made by him.”
NOTE.—The Government valuation on 1st April, 1919, was £273.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharepu No. 1A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 10th day of September, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said Wharepu No. 1A Block, or part thereof, be sold to John Dicken, of Wairoa, farmer, at the price equal to the present Government valuation of the Block (less the amount of improvements effected by the said John Dicken on the said land).”
NOTE.—The Government valuation is £745, made up as follows: Land, £175; dwelling, £500; shed, £25; fencing, £20; clearing, £20; grassing, £5: total, £745.

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuahu No. 3D 1 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 10th day of September, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a lease of Tuahu No. 3D 1 Block be granted to Mutene Hamilton, of Tahunga, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, with the right to compensation for improvements, at the annual rental of 5 per cent. on the amount of an up-to-date Government capital valuation.”
