73 3237 Kotuku B No. 5 That all marketable timber on the said section, with the exception of totara, be sold to the Kauri Timber Company (Limited), at or for the price or sum of £70 sterling, and that the said company, for the consideration aforesaid, have also the right for four years to the exclusive use of the tramway at present on the said land for the purposes of hauling such other timbers from adjoining lands as the said company shall from time to time desire.
