Lands proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block III,
Whitianga Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur
William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with
the consents of the owner, lessee, and mortgagee of the lands
described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Coro-
mandel County Council, being the local authority in whose
district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the
lands described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby,
with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which
is not required.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LANDS PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre.

All situated in Hahei Parish, Block III, Whitianga Survey
Survey District.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plans marked L. and
S. 16/668 and L. and S. 16/668A, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned. (Auckland plans
Nos. 20117 and 20124, blue.)

one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native
Land Act, 1909, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the lands
described in the Schedule hereto.

WAAKU SURVEY DISTRICT.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—

Situated in Block I.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/663,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above men-
tioned.

Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in
the Canterbury Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of
settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for
disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under
special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
