Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Wellington.

In the Native Appellate Court of New Zealand.

WHEREAS at the Court at Buckingham Palace on the 8th day of November, 1918, present the King’s Most Excellent Majesty and Members of the Judicial Committee of His Privy Council, an Order was issued (a copy of which is set forth in the Schedule hereto) requiring His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and all other persons to whom it may concern, to take notice of the said Order and govern themselves accordingly, and to punctually observe and obey the same :

And whereas the said Order was served upon the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court of New Zealand on the 24th day of January, 1919 :

And whereas the said Chief Judge in conformity with the said Order has directed a sitting of the Native Appellate Court aforesaid to be held at Wellington on the 7th day of February, 1919, to conform with and to carry out the directions in the said Order :
