77 18/215 Urewera 102 That the land known as Urewera Block, Subdivision 1C No. 2, be sold to Ellen Rachael Holt at a price equal to the amount of the Government valuation of the owners interest in the said land (Armstrong, Craig, and Barton).
78 18/204 Reureu 2B 3B That the said Block be leased to William Eddowes for the term of fifty years; the rental to be £1 per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years and for the remaining twenty-five years 5 per centum on the unimproved value of the said land at the end of the first twenty-five years. 83 18/232 Kirikau B (part) That the said land be sold to Duncan Henry Sinclair, of Kirikau, farmer, at a sum equal to £2 per acre; or in the alternative, that the said land be leased to Duncan Henry Sinclair, of Kirikau, farmer, for a term of forty-two years at a rental equal to 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental equivalent to 5 per centum on the then Government unimproved value of the said land for the remaining twenty-one years (Marshall, Hutton, and Izard).
