Fenwick, C.M.G., M.D., F.R.C.S., appointed to command No. 1 N.Z. General Hospital, to date from 27th February, 1918, and relinquishes the temporary rank on assumption of command by Lieut.-Colonel H. Approval of Fees for Licensing of Vehicles fixed by By-law.—
Kairanga County Council.

Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 27th June, 1918.

IT is hereby notified, in accordance with section 107 of the Counties Act, 1908, that so much of the by-law made by the Kairanga County Council, and sealed on the 11th day of June, 1918, as appoints the several sums to be paid to the Kairanga County funds for the licensing of vehicles plying for hire has this day been approved by His Excellency the Governor-General.
